Payment Policy

 I will not start making your order until I have received your payment, so please be sure to pay as soon as you can to avoid any unnecessary delays

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to my studio which appear faulty or substandard within 30 days of purchase. No returns or refunds are available on items made to individual requirements unless it is deemed that the instructions given were not followed correctly.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders are important to me. I will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. I will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Delivery Times

I will process your order within 1 week following payment of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. I will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Because each piece of jewellery or art is hand crafted please allow upto 2 weeks for delivery domestically, or 4 weeks internationally, if these time estimates are likely to be exceeded I will contact you to advise at which point you have the option to cancel your order. Alternatively, if your order is urgent, please contact me via email to organise a more appropriate timeframe.
